We will be sure that your mortgage payment will fit into your monthly budget being at, or lower than, your current rent payment. Only Smart Safe Homes customers have this advantage. We also maintain relationships with many Mortgage Bankers and Brokers that can help you qualify for traditional lending, such as FHV, VA and conventional financing.
